- All items marked as imperfect sales or clearance will not eligible for return policy.
- If you have purchased a full priced item that you have simply change your mind, we are happy for you to return this item. Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team.
- Please submit a return in 14 days of receiving the items - we will not accept returns after this time.
- Feel free to inform us of the return reason and indicate your order number in the subject line. Please upload the photos of purchasing item and all packaging. We will evaluate ASAP and response based on different conditions. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Return postage is at the customer's cost. We recommend obtaining a copy of the return tracking information as we are not responsible for the package's loss or damage in transit.

Most of our items are handmade and have unique characteristics, so uneven colors, bubbles, dark spots, and minor blemishes are normal. Unfortunately, based on this, we are unable to provide exchange services for such issues.

Before canceling the order, please confirm the item's logistics status; we cannot cancel or make changes to an order once it has shipped. Please follow the return policy if you still need to return the items.
