Australian Orders:

Standard Delivery

We offer standard shipping within Australia at a rate of $14.95 per order. Delivery typically takes 2-8 business days. Please note that oversized or heavy items are not included in the standard delivery rate and will incur an additional oversized delivery fee per item ranging from $20 to $180.

We currently only accept deliveries within Australia and do not offer express shipping services at this time.

Please provide a valid street address for delivery, as we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Pre-Order Items

The arrival dates for pre-order items listed on our website are estimated and may vary due to global supply chain factors, the nature of our products, and production timelines.

Order Processing

We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after they are placed. However, please allow for an additional 2-4 business days during promotions, warehouse sales, public holidays, and over holiday periods for order processing and shipping.

Order Cancellation or Address Changes

If you need to cancel your order or change the delivery address after placing your order, please check the status of your order. Once the shipment process has started, we are unable to cancel the order or modify the delivery address. We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses provided by customers. Any additional charges for re-delivery or oversized delivery fees will be your responsibility. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.

Delivery Times

While we aim for timely delivery of your order, there may be occasional delays by the carriers that are beyond our control. We do not accept any liability for delays in shipping or delivery and you agree to release us from all liability arising from any such delays.

For items delivered by courier, delivery is deemed to be effective when the delivery company receives a signed receipt or delivery docket confirming that the goods were received. If the delivery is attempted to your address and no one is able to sign for it, then the delivery company will transfer it to a nearby depot and leave a card with a number to call to arrange a re-delivery. 

If any order is returned to us due to being unclaimed or not picked up, re-delivery charges or appropriate oversized delivery fees will apply.

Incomplete Orders

In rare cases, items purchased may be sold out or unavailable on the same day of purchase. In such instances, the remaining items in your order will be dispatched, and a refund will be processed for the unavailable items. All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including due to item unavailability.

COLOR&FINISH

Due to the uniqueness and raw material used in some of our products, the color, finish, and dye lot may vary on each item. Also, due to how products are crafted, the uniqueness of each item varies from piece to piece. In addition, exposure to light and temperature changes can affect the condition of your commerce over time.
